HCC has a new Patron and a new President

The Committee of HCC is delighted that Lesley Gillespie CEO of Baker’s Delightful has accepted the role as Patron of HCC. In her own words, “I admire the work of HCC; it is local, it is simple and it is effective.” Her association with Hawthorn, where the first Baker’s Delight opened on Glenferrie Road in 1980, goes back a long way, she has lived in Hawthorn since 1983 and her children went to local schools.  Lesley is also the Chair of the Business School Advisory Board at Swinburne University.
