Step 2: Who Brings What Organising a Neighbour Day event doesn't mean that you need to provide everything. The important thing is for everyone who wants to be involved to know what they need to bring and how they can help. Working together will get you all in the party mood! Consider what kind of gathering you want to have and where it will be held. Plan the materials needed to set up a buffet (trestles and boards, tables) as well as chairs, especially for elderly people. For food and drink: remember to provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; finger food is often a great idea; and, of course, the best solution is for everyone to bring an item for the buffet. To help you organise the logistics of who brings what, we've created a table for you to fill in with items needed, people's names and their contact details so that nothing will be left to chance.
